REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS / LICENSES IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO

Action on Application for Business Permit. Upon compliance with all the requirements, the applicant for new license for permit or renewal shall be acted upon within 72 hours from the time it is actually submitted. If the action is unfavorable, written reasons shall be submitted to the applicant within the same period of time so that he may comply with the requirements or cure the deffect. In the event that no action is taken within the said period, it is deemed that such action has been favorably acted upon and the actual issuance of the license of renewal shall be ministerial.
